I am a PhD candidate in organizational psychology and organizational behavior at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.

I am currently researching the nature and drivers of team collective intelligence, ex. the team processes in context and over time.

 

I teach courses related to leadership, organization, communication, and technology.
